
We offer two youth programs- CrossFit Teens for development of general fitness, strength and conditioning,
and our Sportgility program for sport-specific development, with emphasis on speed, power and agility to excel in team and individual sports.
Our teens program is a CrossFit regimen, designed to build general teen fitness, strength and conditioning, and is scaled to your teen’s ability through a combination of gymnastics, weightlifting and cardio routines.
Sportgility is a youth training program built to develop athleticism: speed, power, and agility for sport-specific excellence.
In Sportgility, we train 5 core pillars of performance in every session:

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:45 to 4:45 PM
$80 per month for 2x per week, or $50 per month for 1x per week.
